Class starts at 6pm going through drills, fitness and boxing fundamentals.

Come along make new friends learn how too box potentially compete on our shows in the future if that’s not your goal you can come just for fun and fitness.

£5 per person £45 per month

First up 18:00-19:30 main class suitable for everyone male/female, beginner/pro. No need book only need to bring a drink. £5 per session or £45 per month.

Second class 19:30-20:30 ladies only session. Again all welcome. £5 per session.

Main class 6pm-7:30pm come along to our pads and drills session suitable for all levels and genders.

Ladies class 8pm all levels welcome come learn how to box and defend yourself while getting fit and having fun.
