🥂 Pilates & Prosecco 🍾
...Pilates babes know how to Prosecco 💁‍♀️.

Corks were flying
Core's were hurting
And bubbles were bubbling.

Here is a little video of the event, we hope you enjoy it 😁. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon girls 😘.

Pilates strengthens and tones your core and whole body whilst improving posture, balance and flexibility. It also helps you move with greater control, reduces tension and builds a strong, stable body.

Zest is a light, welcoming and fun Pilates studio. We have classes for all levels of ability. We specialise with mat style Pilates which you can see in the video 😊😊.

If you are interested in coming in and trying a class, message us today for more info 📞📲☎️🩷.

We look forward to hearing from you soon ☺️ ###
