🌿 Where we learn shapes how we learn.
The 200hr Yoga Teacher Training begins next May, and I’ve chosen two very special rural settings in the borderlands of North Wales to hold the journey.
Over the course of the year, our six workshop weekends will take place at — a beautiful regenerative and permaculture farm, surrounded by the changing landscape of the borderlands.
We’ll have our own dedicated studio space for practice and learning, with the option to stay on the farm in rooms, glamping or camping. And across the six weekends, we’ll experience the farm through the seasons… the rhythms of the land become part of the rhythm of our learning.
Then, for our final retreat and assessments, we’ll be at - where beautiful geodomes and the surrounding countryside give us space to retreat, integrate and reflect — and celebrate how far we’ve come.
I’ve chosen these places intentionally. Places that encourage us to slow down. Places where we can reconnect with nature. Places where learning can be embodied rather than simply intellectual.
Because becoming a yoga teacher is not just about acquiring knowledge. It’s about learning to observe, to listen, to feel, to respond and to be present.
And perhaps there’s no better classroom for those things than the natural world. 🌿
