At Reach For The Barre, we believe that fitness should be a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. My barre classes and personalised 1-2-1 sessions are designed to help you sculpt a stronger, more graceful, and confident version of yourself.
A barre class will work the whole body and target muscles you didn’t realise you had!
The class begins with a warm up leading into the centre and floor work, then heading to the barre to endure the famous barre shakes! We will finish with a relaxing cool down and stretch!
Every Sunday morning 8.30 - 9.30am at Vole Ballet School.

BARRE WITH ME!
Every Sunday morning I run a barre fitness class! A full body workout including elements of Pilates, helping to build strength, stamina and flexibility! (This is not a dance or ballet class!)
The class is suitable for all abilities, whether you’re a first timer, foundation level or advanced in barre! I will apply modifications to suit everyone!

A little re-introduction 🙋🏼♀️
I’m Frankie✨
A barre instructor teaching in Harrogate and the surrounding areas! I offer group classes, 1:1s, 2:1s, hen parties and pretty much anything barre-related where I can be of use 💃🤍
I trained my whole life as a dancer and was lucky enough to work abroad professionally for many years (aka living every girl’s dream playing dress-up in feathers and princess outfits ✨👑). I’ve since swapped the skimpy outfits for teaching the most wonderful children to dance like no one is watching — honestly the most rewarding job ever.
Alongside this, my “main” job is in the corporate world working for an insurance company… quite the contrast, but I truly get the best of both worlds! 👩🏼💻
Best saved till last — my favourite job of all: being a mummy to my two little darlings and soon-to-be wifey to my fiancé 🐥🤍🐥

Exciting News…😍
I am going to be running a BARRE WORKSHOP very very soon! A great opportunity to trial a class and see what all the hype is about!
When: Sunday 2nd November
Where: The Otley Studio
Time: 10.45 - 11.45
Barre classes typically focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement.
Barre classes will work your upper body, lower body and core, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up though the calves, knees, thighs, glute, abdominals, triceps and shoulders… EVERYTHING! 💪🏻
Holding muscles in contraction for extended periods frequently leads to them shaking as they fatigue.
If you want to experience the famous barre shakes, get in touch!
