Our power is not light years away from us. It’s always there, hey 🧚💚

Sometimes, we can reconnect with it through something as simple as changing our posture.

This little movement is similar to Jalandhara Bandha, a traditional yogic practice translated from Sanskrit as throat lock, chin lock or neck lock.

In yoga, bandhas are traditionally understood as energetic locks or seals, used to work with the movement of prana (life-force energy) within the body.

Here we’re exploring a gentler, more natural version of the neck alignment, softly lifting the heart, lengthening the spine and drawing the chin slightly inward.

You can notice a it at anytime.

Our bodies and minds are constantly communicating.

Changing our posture can influence how we feel, just as our thoughts can influence how we hold ourselves.

The body can influence the brain, and the brain can influence the body. ❤️

It’s said that a witches house is alive. My house never stays still for long (neither do I for that matter) There is always something in it moving, new collections of objects, rotating plants, herbs drying, seasonal flowers and decorations. All objects hold energy. A witch is someone who claims magic as their birthright and uses it to create change in their inner and outer world. 🧙

I think one of the biggest discomfort breaching practices I’ve ever worked with is business.

I’ve done years and years (26 plus probably) of inner work and self enquiry through yoga, spiritual practices, witchcraft, self development and the rest.

And I never experienced the healing that comes from running a business.

You wanna heal an avoidance wound- start a business 💃🤣

If you enjoy business projects (I’m one hundred percent that person)

I go out for diner and all I talk about is business, projects, challenges, pivoting, expansion, adapting….. I fu***ng love it 😻

Sounds boring to most.

But if you’re an entrepreneur you’ll know exactly what I mean hahaa.

Anyway….

If you think entrepreneurship isn’t spiritual or healing- I can say, that is one hell of a huge myth and entirely NOT true 🫣🤣

It’s one gritty mother fu**er that splats you in the deep end over and over again.

It’s all about problem solving. And you gotta face your shadow every single moment of every single day.

I really do use kundalini yoga to build capacity in my nervous system to move through discomfort in business.

And then business will do the rest 💃
