So proud of these girls! 💙❤️🖤 A fantastic team effort, loads of determination and a great game of rugby. We can’t wait to see what this team achieves!

What a fantastic match for the U16s from Ilkley and Otliensians Girls Rugby today! Only our second match together, and for some players their first match ever, and what a close game!

Final score 29 Driffield-malton to 25 Ilkley-Otliensians.

So impressed by the fight in these girls, tackling, chasing down, and breaking through the opposition.

Keep it up, we have a great future ahead of this team!

If you can, come down and support the girls as they make a little bit of history for both clubs!

PRE-SEASON IS HERE! 💙🤍

Old Otliensians Girls Rugby is back and preparing for the 2026/27 season!

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes throughout the off-season to create even more opportunities for girls’ rugby and we’re so excited to kick off what promises to be a huge season for our ever-growing girls section.

👀 Keep an eye on our page over the coming weeks as we share some exciting news about our growing partnership with Ilkleyrugbygirls in the promotion of girls rugby within the Wharfe Valley!

If you’re interested in coming along to see what rugby has to offer, drop us a message or simply turn up to training – everyone is welcome, whether you’ve played before or are trying rugby for the very first time.

We can’t wait to see you on the pitch!

We’re excited to be teaming up with our friends at Otley Zebras to help bring more girls into rugby!

These free, fun, non-contact sessions are open to girls aged 6–11 and are a great way to get active, make friends, build confidence and learn new skills – no previous rugby experience needed.

Together, we’re helping more girls give rugby a go and become part of a growing girls rugby community. There’s never been a better time to come down and give it a try! 🏉🦓💙🤍

🎬✨ Ensians Does Hollywood! ✨🎬

What a brilliant evening celebrating an incredible first season for these amazing young women!

They brought the glitz, glamour and Hollywood sparkle to the occasion making it a night to remember and of course, no Ensians event would be complete without featuring a cheeky game of rugby!

A special thank you to Immy for the incredible photos. You captured the evening perfectly and gave us memories we’ll treasure for years to come 🥰

A huge well done to all of our players for everything they’ve achieved this year. We are so proud of all of you! 🏉💙🤍

We are honoured and incredibly proud to have taken part in a 12-hour non-stop game of rounders today 🩷

A huge shoutout to Emily for organising such an amazing event, all in support of Coppafeel - who help to raise awareness and ensure breast cancer in young people is diagnosed early and accurately.

Celebrations will commence at 14:00 at the clubhouse tomorrow. Everyone is welcome to celebrate our promotion to Yorkshire 1!

We’d like to give a big shoutout of support to one of our rugby mums who is taking part in this amazing challenge in memory of her sister who sadly passed away.

If anyone would like to support her and donate every contribution will make a difference.

Let’s show our support as this incredible team looks to make club history this weekend. The girls are with you all the way!💪💙🤍

5 Points to Glory…

This weekend, the 1XV host Roundhegians at Chaffers Field in what is arguably the biggest game of the season.

The equation is simple: a 5-point win crowns us champions of Counties Yorkshire 2. Anything less, and we’ll have one final chance to secure the title in next week’s home clash against Vandals.

The last time we met Roundhegians, tough conditions made it difficult to play the style of rugby we know we’re capable of. The game ended in a draw, with Ensians scoring a dramatic last-play try to level it.

We’re calling on everyone to get down to Chaffers Field and show your support. The boys are on the brink of making history — chasing an incredible third consecutive promotion.

Bring the energy. Bring the noise. Be our 16th player, just as you’ve been all season.

See you there ❤️
