Our first ever members-only exclusive event 🤍

An evening dedicated to movement, restoration and glowing from within — created exclusively for our Mauré Members.

🧘‍♀️ Luminous Yoga Flow — Begin immersed in the warm glow of red light therapy with a luminous, nourishing yoga flow, moving through gentle stretches, mindful movement and longer-held poses designed to release tension, open the body and settle the mind.

🔴 Red Light Therapy — Red light therapy is increasingly loved as a wellness ritual for its association with supporting skin health, circulation, cellular energy and the body’s natural recovery processes — making it the perfect pairing for an evening of mindful movement and restoration.

🔮 Crystal Sound Bath — As the practice comes to an end, settle into Savasana and surrender into a deeply immersive crystal sound bath, remaining surrounded by the soothing glow of red light.

Allow the gentle tones and vibrations to wash over you, quieten the mind and melt away the stresses of the day — creating space for deep rest, stillness and restoration.

An evening to slow down, soften and simply be by candlelight. 🕯️🤍

Join us for a deeply restorative experience of gentle movement, yin yoga, guided meditation and a beautiful crystal sound bath, all held in a warm, candlelit atmosphere. Together, these practices create space to quiet the mind, release tension and reconnect with yourself.
