Mum and Baby Fitness is a post natal exercise class for mums!
The classes run on Tuesday and Thursdays in Albert Park Abingdon and are focused on getting mum strong after childbirth.
The classes have a mix between Core, Pilates, pelvic floor strengthening and HIIT and all babies are welcome.
The classes are at 11am Tuesday and Thursday and all babies are welcome.
