Happy New Year to all our new followers and anyone thinking about trying out Taekwon-Do in 2026.

We offer classes in traditional Taekwon-Do, as taught by the founder, for adults and children 4+ in a friendly environment all around Oxford.

We took our largest group yet to the Oxford Area Seminar & Grading in Wallingford on Sunday to train under Master Paul Harris.

Excellent gradings and we're excited to see how far you go.

Last week eight of our kids travelled down to the UK Open to compete in sparring, patterns and special technique.

We had some fantastic results with Kadhir winning a Gold Medal in patterns and Yago taking Gold in sparring and Bronze in patterns.

I am so proud of all of our competitors for taking that big step onto the mats and we’re looking forward to the English Open next year.

This Fathers’ Day also marks 23 years since the passing of the founder and father of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong-Hi (1918-2002).

Many of us are too young in our Taekwon-Do to have met him in person but his legacy lives on through the art he brought into the world.
