Massive thanks to Grand Master Hopwood for yesterday's pattern and breaking session. I'm going to be 64 next week and it's amazing to still be making progress.

I was able to break with my left back-kick and as a result, once again found myself just laughing for the sheer joy of being able to do it and the surprise of the right technique making it feel so easy.

Excellent session Sir, thank you.
