Cricket underway at the club today, bar open.

Tomorrow (Sunday 14th) it's the next round of the Quiz, doors open from 6.00pm for an approx 6.30pm start. Bar open throughout.

Monday 15th bar open from 7.00pm as we have two Aunt Sally teams playing in the fours competitions. All welcome!

Wednesday it's team Aunt Sally action , with an earlier start time of 7.30pm where it will lead nicely in to England's opening match against Croatia, kicking off at 9.00pm. Doors open around 7.00pm

Everyone welcome, so come down and support your village asset.

Fantastic news to confirm, next season we’ll have a new side representing us in the under 8’s league.

Welcome to the Club Tiahan and Laurie, the management duo/coaches and all players and their families.

Another great night Saturday with the presentation night celebrating our men’s football league and cup double season.
Congratulations to all the management , team and individual trophy winners, plus of course the annual “Alan Bayliss” awards, for things our President has picked up throughout the year.

More positive news came through this morning too, with our Cricket side successfully making it through to the quarter finals of the cup . On the back of their 4 out of 5 league start, it’s looking like another strong season for our ball bashers !

We’ll be running two World Cup Football sweepstakes at the Club .

The usual open one, which includes cash prizes for the two finalists, plus team with the Golden Boot winner in it , (as declared by FIFA)and also the blind sweep where you sign an envelope with an unknown team in it, and that isn’t opened until the final has been played. We’ll be looking for the winner and runner up envelopes , plus the team with the Golden boot winner !

Also we’ll be giving away a £20 drinks voucher for the team with the poorest group record, effectively wooden spoonists! So pull a no hoper (hopefully not England or Scotland) and you’ll still be a winner!!🍺🍺🍷🍷

Finally , if you top your group , but don’t go on to the latter stages, you’ll win a drink of your choice!

Open sweepstake will be available up to the start of the tournament and blind sweepstake available throughout!

£5 to enter either. Cash only and first opportunity to join will be at the men’s football presentation evening this Saturday 6th June from 7.00pm

We’re hosting the Friday night Hotchkiss Darts league finals tonight.

Plenty of local Club interest in the night, so good luck to all competitors taking part.

“Spud Bud” are back and offering their Spuds with many delicious toppings , made to your choice.

Both the bar and food will be available from 6.30pm onwards. Fancy a chilled drink,Spud and spectacular views? Then come on down , all welcome !
