Events for Oxfordshire’s Strongest Man & Woman 2024🚀

Event 1: Max Log Press

Athletes will have 3 attempts to put up the heaviest log press. This event will be ran PL style.
NO GRIP TOPS.

Event 2: Deadlift for Reps.
Men’s Weights - Option A: 260KG // Option B: 220KG
Women’s Weights - Option A: 160KG // Option B: 120KG

Any number of reps on Option A beats any number on Option B.

NO DEADLIFT SUITS. All straps fine (thumbs must be in contact with the bar).

Event 3: Tyre Flip

Men: 350KG Earth Mover Tyre
Women: 130KG Tractor Tyre

Will be a set number of flips over the course (5-10 TBC).

Event 4:
Throwing Medley

Women: 8-16KG Sandbags over 3.5m
Men: 18-26KG Sandbags over 4m

Event 5:
Loading Medley (Kegs (K) & Sandbags (B)
Women: 60K - 70B - 70K - 80B
Men: 100K - 100B - 110K - 110B

Bags and Kegs to be loaded to a trailer.
Distance tbc depending on the space. (10-20m)
