100,000 people in the UK die from Sudden Cardiac Arrest. The average ambulance response time in the UK is more 12 minutes but without effective CPR & defibrillation you have about 4 minutes before risk of irreversible damage or death.

Early morning balance and coordination.
If you have never tried squating on a stability ball give it a try. Great for Adductor conditioning which is an often under trained and commonly injured muscle group. This was a set of 100 reps which took over 15 minutes.
