We are a community group with a plan to create an inclusive outdoor education space for the local community on Cricket Rd.

Our focus is on providing cooperative childcare, outdoor learning and growing for families and children.

It's an exciting time to come and join us if you haven't visited us for a while. We'll welcome in a new board, share our new plans for the year ahead and invite everyone to help us envision creative ways to make the most of our beautiful community asset.

Harvest Festival happening TODAY!! Come on down to the Children’s Allotment, bring apples for pressing, bottles for juice, warm yourselves with some delicious harvest soup by the fire and play on our gorgeous site!

TIME: 2-5pm clearing up (helpers very welcome!)5-6pm
WHERE: The Children’s Allotment, Cricket Road (entrance opposite St Frideswide Primary School gate). No onsite parking
Suggested donation: £6 per family (card or cash payment on the gate)

One week to go! Looking forward to seeing many of you to celebrate the turn of the season. There will be apple pressing, a fire and stick bread, some music and lots of space to play and explore. See you next Saturday!

Reminder of the Ceilidh tomorrow! It's going to be a lot of fun, we're looking forward to seeing lots of families dancing together. 2-4pm Sat, £6/ family (no one turned away for lack of funds, just let us know if this is too much)

ALSO! The site is looking lovely in spring. We'll have a site day this afternoon (sorry last minute, message if you'd like to join) and on the 11th May - join us to make our site beautiful and functional and full of veg!

Come and celebrate the start of May with us with a Spring Ceilidh, some planting and growing activities and a bonfire in the evening!
