➕More growth in less sets! Maximise your gains in only 2 sets

Particularly for beginners, don’t waste your time going through the motions of 3+ working sets of a particular exercise

Instead focus on engaging/ contracting your muscle correctly, making each rep as intense as the last, in 2 sets

Maintain tempo e.g. 1 second concentric & 2 second eccentric and SQUEEZE your muscles as hard as you can

ASK someone experienced. TALK to your friends and family. SHARE your issues with willing ears and get it off your chest

If you want to compete, invest in coaches who invest in YOU not themselves. Their service doesn’t end on show day

They should be helping you devise a reverse diet plan, closely monitoring you to avoid rapid weight gain

Boxing is helping me burn a tonne of calories but my goal is to get bigger and heavier so I can progress in my powerlifting

Knee is still f*cked so it’s back to bodybuilding

Do what you want to do and don’t let anyone else stop you. If you want to compete DO IT!! I support everyone that does 💯 but if you’re doing it because you feel like you have to keep up an appearance then put that sh*t down and actually enjoy yourself

Injured my knee from to much knee cave on some heavy squats. Picked up the pads and I’m hooked! Taking the week off to allow full recovery
