Here's how it works. We start with a series of reformer exercises, using the reformer machine to build core strength, improve alignment and work your whole body in a deeply controlled and intentional way.

Then we move onto the barrel, a beautifully designed piece of equipment that opens up the spine, improves posture and gives your back the kind of release that most of us desperately need.
