Sunrise volcano runs,
Sister yoga sessions🧘🏻♀️
Morning ocean swims 🌊,
Slow breakfasts of island fruit 🍉 🥑, Diving with turtles 🐢 stingrays, baby sharks, seahorses... more starfish than I could count...
Strolling through monkey forests... teeming with Hummingbirds, unknown flowers, butterflies galore...
Uncontrollable giggle sessions with my amazing family,
Adventures to neighbouring islands...
Partaking of the local ‘’medicine” 🍸🍹
Heavenly Sunsets 🌅

Slow days of enjoying the simple pleasures... breathing, laughing, talking, walking and listening!

Leaving only footprints I feel so grateful for alI I am taking away with me... the happy memories and the energy, the feeling of the wind on my face, the salty water on my skin (and in my hair 😂) the warm embrace of this enchanting and ethereal place!

I feel only gratitude and already... as I begin my journey home... the quiet, but determined longing, to one day... return 🥰
I feels so grateful for this Healing Water inspired practice - it felt amazing playing with this while the storms were raging this morning!!

Thank you & for the expert guidance... modern technology is - I Love how I can find calm, inspiration and motivation even when I am thousands of miles from the nearest yoga studio!!

what is it?
How do we know when it is real?
How many different ways can it manifest...
Are there rules?
Does it last forever?
Can we trust it?
How much should we sacrifice for it?
To demonstrate it?
To feel it?
To share it?

So many questions... so hard yo find the answers... so many different experiences... different opinions... different phases of life...

All I know is...
When it is most real it is unexplainable, undeniable and eternal... a flow of energy, of light... from nowhere, everywhere... it demands nothing, offers everything... a lightness of being... it doesn’t come with rules... it doesn’t require you to change who you are...

When it is true.. it fans the flames that make you most alive, the highest possible manifestation of your own vital energy.
