What a great day for Charlotte, Sam and Tess who went to the Southerns today between them they’ve come away with 3 bronze medals 1 silver and 1 gold all long time members of the club Tess is currently working hard and has placed at Oxford but still commits to the club events and all have always done the club proud in attitude and commitment we always say we are a small club with a lot of heart ☺️🥋🥰

Today marks the 6th anniversary of Sensei Bob Poynton (8th Dan), an outstanding Karate-ka and friend to all that knew him.

Very sadly missed but never forgotten.

Well done guys another successful grading under Gary Harford well done to the younger member’s Logan and Issac on achieving their orange belts, to Oscar, Jacob, William and AJ on their yellow belts and to Anisley on his 1st Kyu pictured here with Tess, Sam, me , Gary and Lottie we maybe small but we are climbing to the top
