Shoshinkai: Beginner's Mind, Spirit, Truth and Heart We also create age and stage related syllabuses for children under the age of 12.

We create Adapted Syllabuses of martial arts especially designed for people who are disadvantaged or disabled. The structure of our syllabuses build self-confidence, self-esteem, self-control, courtesy and self-respect all based within a regime of healthy exercise and realistic self-defence. Easy and achievable steps lead to an Adapted Syllabus Black and White Belt after which the athletes can join any mainstream organisation of their choice.
