A few pointers on rowing machine technique
I've decided to get back into Olympic weight lifting again, I've starting off light and with more controlled versions of the movements before adding more weight. This was the only shot I could get this morning without accidently filming gym members lol but there will be more to come.
Stretching is imperative for recovering after exercise, it helps decrease the pain from delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) whilst increasing your flexibility and range of motion. I use light yoga at the end of session to keep my hip flexibility for kickboxing whilst also winding down the end of a heavy session. Who says you cant train your body to kick people in the face whilst practicing mindfulness eh.
