As part of The International Rapier Seminar 2026, there will be two tournaments taking place on Sunday the 19th of July. "Unboxing Fabris" by Luis Menéndez & Óscar Torres will be one of our many great prizes to be won!

"Unboxing Fabris" is an invitation, a call to approach historical fencing. It's a modern training manual for the ex*****on of the 17th-century Northern Italian rapier fencing style proposed by Maestro Salvator Fabris. It serves as an enjoyable bridge between the dry and difficult-to-understand original text, published in 1606 in Old Italian, and modern teaching, with language updated for the 21st century.
