Easy-to-follow dance routines to club anthems from the 90's to the present day using glow sticks and Get fit and have fun! What happens in a Clubbercise class?
A dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines using glow sticks to club classics from the nineties to now. After checking in you’ll be given a set of rave glow sticks. We darken the room, get the Laser lights & disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to club classics from the 90′s to recent dance anthems. The email has landed! All your links for the weeks’ classes are within. I will be opening the Zoom meetings Sun and Tues for catching up before and after but Thurs will just be the link to the class without a zoom meeting. Halloween class is available all week til next Sunday too!
