I was about to do a post on progress and change and then saw this memory pop-up on Facebook from four years ago when I didn’t entire class with my top inside out. I guess something never do change.😂

Since then I have worn multiple clothing items inside out had a bra come apart live online and accidentally wore my pants backwards for one of the biggest events I’ve ever done in my life

So if you really are looking for a judgement and pressure free class, you found it😂
