He’s done it!! Massive congratulations to Chris Dickson, without an official event to compete in after Ironman Cork was cancelled, he set out on his own Ironman. Today he Swam 2.4 miles, biked 112 miles (114 actually) and ran a brutal marathon suffering back pain amd stomach cramps for a good chunk of it, this didn’t stop him though. His mental strength and sheer determination got him through. Time to relax a bit now Chris - YOU ARE AN IRONMAN 💪🏻👊🏻😃

On Target athlete Chris Dickson had signed up for Ironman Cork this year, although it was cancelled due to COVID 19, this didn’t stop Chris, he was determined to drive on with his training nonetheless and decided to do his very own Ironman distance locally!! Tomorrow he will swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles and run 26.2 miles. Wishing Chris all the best for tomorrow, he has been super consistent with his training and an absolute pleasure to work with!! - go and smash it mate 👊🏻💪🏻😃
