What a feeling that was Paisley West……..It’s soooooo good to be back💖😍💖 you must have bottled that energy up after missing last week but boy when you took that lid off…….BOOM🔥🔥🔥Thank you all so much for coming along and joining in tonight, I absolutely loved that 60mins, I hope you all had a blast and don’t have too much trouble getting up the stairs or just getting out of bed in the morning🤪😜😂Enjoy the rest of your week and hopefully I see you all back on that dance floor for more of the same🕺🤩💃Take care Mx

I am still off the day job this week but I couldn’t do two weeks with no Zumba……..so tonight WE ARE BACK!!! Thats right Paisley West the play button gets pressed tonight at 6:30pm and i cant wait to see you all, i missed you😍 There is no need to book a spot, just turn up, find a spot and just dance…….See you all there. Thats right your week of tranquility and rest has finished and Zumba is back, all classes return as normal this week and please take this as your invitation to come and join us. Monday & Thursday are a booking free zone, simply turn up and dance your cares away, my Pure Gym crew you know what you need to do, open up your app scroll to Wednesday and press “Book Zumba”. The dance floor awaits your company as does your instructor, and yes i did miss you…….see you all soon. Mx
