No game today so what better way to get our football fix than sharing some of our goals from this season so far. There are some crackers in there, what's your favourite??

Our end of season presentation was held recently and a great night was had celebrating the team's fantastic League winning success, and the individual award winners for season 2024/25.

A massive thank you to all the parents and sponsors for your support throughout the season, to Elderslie Golf Club for their hospitality on the night, but especially to our players for making it a season to remember.

The award winners were,

Players player of the year - Kai McWhinnie

Parents player of the year - Cammy McMillan

Coaches player of the year - Peter Cosh

Top goalscorer - Cammy McMillan

Season Review:
2024/25 has been another successful season for the boys on all fronts. The League campaign started slowly, and 2 defeats to our main rivals in the opening 7 games wasn’t an ideal start. However, this would prove to be the only games the boys would lose all season as they went on a remarkable seven month unbeaten run in the League, taking 37 points from the remaining 13 games, that seen them crowned Champions!

The Cup draws weren’t too kind with the boys facing six Division 1 sides, but they again showed the improvement that’s been made in recent seasons by losing just 2 of those games.

As well as the joy that winning trophies brings, it’s equally as pleasing to see the progression of the players as individuals and a team. Thirteen of our League winning squad this season were also part of the squad that won the Divisional Cup last season, which demonstrates that working consistently with the players, being patient, and encouraging the boys to develop is paying off.

It’s an exciting time to be part of Glenvale Reds 2009’s as we continue our journey in Division 1 next season.

The boys were presented with the League winner's shield last night at Hampden. A great reward for all their hard work over the season. This group of boys are a pleasure to work with and thoroughly deserve the success they've had in the last couple of seasons🏆⚽️🥇

Massive Congratulations to our fantastic squad of players on becoming 2024/25 League Champions. We are extremely proud of the boys, and their hard work and dedication has been rewarded with another successful season 🏆⚽️👏👏

Glenvale FC 2009's (Paisley) are looking to add a few players to our successful squad for the upcoming season.

Our dedicated coaching team have several years experience at youth, junior (semi-professional), & professional academy level.

Training is Tuesday & Wednesday nights on astro.
Matches are on Saturdays.
