🔴Team - Well done to these boys today. Thought they played some good football. A few of the goals were well worked and built from the back. Good comeback in the second half which showed plenty of spirit and unlucky not to get a few more goals. Difficult POTM decision so going with both Cole & Josh. Broke up the play and used the ball well ⚽🟡⚫⚽

⚪️ Team - Tough one to take today, but some positives to take from the boys! ⚽️

Some really good passages of play, but we didn’t quite make the most of our chances and they punished us when they could 🤦‍♂️🤣

We’ll learn from it, regroup and go again next week! 💪🏼🔥 The boys were reminded to reset and not dwell on it , plenty more football to come! ⚽️

A really tough game , but the boys handled themselves brilliantly. They played some fantastic football and were unlucky.

What impressed us most was how the boys stayed focused and didn’t get involved in any of the nonsense going on around them. The referee even commented on how respectful our boys were, and said we should be extremely proud of them.

Another good game and personally thought we were the better team today. A bit of a scrap at times but the boys battled well and played some tidy football. Well done boys 👏🏻

🏆POTM goes to Aiden Murren, a few contenders today but we think it’s should go to Aiden as this was another solid performance from the kid, well done

Red team - Well done boys 🟡⚫️! Dominant performance from start to finish today. Some really good football all over the pitch and brilliant work in goal. 2 great goals and great first runout to get everyone back to business. Well done team👏🏻

Couldn’t be prouder of the boys this morning and what an incredible way to start the season! ⚪️🔴⚽️

White team - 3-1 down and they showed unbelievable character to fight back to 3-3, with Ethan scoring an absolute dream of a free kick with the last kick of the ball! 🤩🔥

Every single boy played their part in a brilliant team performance and it’s fantastic as coaches to see everything we work on at training coming through on match day.

What a team, what a performance and what a way to start the season! ⚪️🔴👏
