Type of Training?
For the sessions I can provide training in: Pole Fitness, Hammock, Strength Training and Yoga (or a mix!). I'm passionate about building strength and joint stability so that you can do the things you didn't think were possible. I'm especially experienced with hypermobility, fibromyalgia and joint pain (i.e neck, shoulders, spine, lower back, feet etc).
Current Deal:
I normally do twice a week packages for 1:1. But I have a couple of people who have hopped into those time slots for once a week (because they are doing it as a supplement to their classes/current training). So I'll be offering a 50% off discount for anyone who can hop into the other slot.
