Ralston Rosebowl 2026 takes place on Sunday 2nd August. The cost of entry is £25 and there will be a lot of prizes to play for on the day (Scratch/Nett/On-Course/Under-23) with a Top prize of £300. Please share far and wide!

The Gents Newton Shield team had a solid win in miserable conditions last night against Renfrew ☔️ Still a lot to play for in the league so hopefully we can have a strong finish in the next 4 games 🤞🏼

It is with regret that we will have to cancel this year’s Ralston Gents Open, due to take place on Sunday 7th June) due to lack of entries.

At time of writing, there has only been 56 entries (out of a total of 148) which means it is not in the best interests of the club to run.

We have decided to run a Gents Optional Medal in it’s place and tee times will be bookable for members in the normal fashion.

An email will be sent out to entrants to notify them of the cancellation and request details to ensure refund of entry fees paid.

The Gents Newton Shield team suffered a tough loss away at Paisley which is always a tough place to go. The next game is at home against Renfrew on Monday 1st June.
