Love getting a message like this off clients. Client Jas has been with myself since October and has been smashing every single session. Confidence within the gym has rocketed up. Strength has increased dramatically as well as his body shape. Looking forward to see what else we can achieve over this year.

As of next week I will be starting online coaching with as a sponsored athlete. I feel extremely honoured and lucky to be in this position. Cant wait to be part of the .strong team. Over the course of this year I plan to achieve some big things and break some more records. Setting the standards high and glad to have the support behind me.
