SHANNON
Shannon was like so many people - wasn’t sure about the gym, used to go a couple of years ago. She wasn’t sure what she was doing, didn’t see results and stopped going.
Now we have created a better routine and lifestyle, in prep for her holiday!
“Yeah looking forward to just getting away and actually feeling comfortable for once, last time I felt comfortable in a bikini was like 6 years ago”.
We have came to a couple of plateaus, but she stuck to the plan and we pushed through them 👏🏼

LAUREN 👏🏼
My girl has absolutely smashed her gaining phase.
Now for a mini cut for a last min hol.
Lauren’s calories were pushed up to 2700 before we have now dropped to 1800.
People would usually be scared of 2700 calories (females), but as you can see, we have gained size and kept body fat minimal.
If you put out what you put in - you will have nothing to worry about with higher calories!
So proud of you 🤍

Fast forward a year ➡️
What a transformation 🤍
With bumps along the way, we have no achieved the most important goal Taylor wanted. Not a certain look or weight, but to feel confident in herself again.
She has put a solid graft in to achieve these results in almost a year.
Building new habits, still enjoying a social life.
And getting to her end goal of feeling confident in a bikini again for her holiday 🤍

CHRYSTIE 🤍
I received the loveliest message from Chrystie over the weekend at her grad ball, about how amazing she feels in her dress.
“Just wanted to say a wee thank you, feel absolutely amazing in my dress. Couldn’t have done it without you”
Chrystie has stayed consistent and the results show for themselves.
Helping people feel their best on the important days are the reason I do what I do.

A super busy schedule being a primary teach but always ensuring to do everything needs be done.

SAME WEIGHT - DIFFERENT SHAPE.
We constantly try to get through to people of how your weight does not just mean body fat, and people struggle to believe us.
Jill in these photos is near enough the exact same weight.
And she also just had to trust me as her coach, when she wasn’t seeing the scales dropping drastically.
We pushed jills calories up from her starting, which will now leave her in a much more comfortable position to diet.
Weight - same.
Fat - down.
Muscle - up.
Can’t wait to see the results of your cut, here to the next 8 weeks 😆

The things a little food can do 😃 (a lot)
Current calories are 2700.
Food is NOTHING to be scared of.
Your physique and weight can change and become higher.. without becoming fat.
If you got “got fat”
Is it because you were tracking your food? Training 5x a week and making sure you got steps in?
OR
Is it because you eat sh*te every weekend, sit on your arse most of the day, don’t go to the gym and booze every weekend?
Food is Fuel IF it is put to use and you are fuelling your body with decent food MOST of the time, not sometimes.
To get results - it is about what you are doing the MAJORITY of the time.
Anyway thanks to boss man for getting my legs back 👍🏼

Another big WOW 🤍
4.5 stone down in one year.
We have not only lost weight but we have changed Neave’s habits and mindset.
She no longer relies on food for comfort and uses the gym as her de-stress.
She has learned how to go out and enjoy herself, and not let it affect her full week.
I am sooooo proud of you, here’s to the next phase 🤍

An update on my client Taylor of her progress so far!
Taylor has totally changed her mindset and lifestyle and this is how we got to this point.
Always asking for help, looking for ways to improve and with the DISCIPLINE to continue when she gelt like giving up.
We are now looking to build Taylor’s strength and I am SO excited to see the results.
