Anchor Men's Hockey Club are based in Paisley, Scotland. We currently train on a Tuesday nights at Linwood On-X Sports Centre from 6.30 till 8pm. We are currently seeking new players (aged 14+) of all abilities. Whether you're new to the sport, or are looking to get back into it, you can enjoy a minimum of 4 weeks of FREE coaching sessions. Anchor come off the back of a heavy defeat to Uddingston to face Clydesdale.
It's a late start, so let's just hope the fixture congestion that we have been seeing at our home in Linwood doesn't push the start time any later, or it will be past our bedtimes!

I know, I know, "Where have you been?" We can only apologise for the radio silence over the last few weeks, but life is busy.
It's certainly been all go at Anchor HQ; however, the boys are, so far, undefeated after a stunning nine-man win against Helensburgh and a well-deserved 4-3 win against Hillhead last week.
Uddingston make the trip over to Fort Linwood this morning in what is sure to be a tough game.
Last week saw several debuts from our junior wing and some very impressive performances. Let's hope for more of the same.

Fancy giving hockey a go? Anchor Hockey Club men's team are looking for new members of all abilities to join their squad. The season has ended, but they still play mixed hockey every second Wednesday at the On-X Sports Centre in Linwood from 7pm to 8.30pm. New members must be a minimum of 12 years old. They also have a junior section for boys and girls aged 10-12 years.
