Anatomy Day 2 of 2026

another weekend spent travelling down south to improve my understanding of the human body.

This time, the focus was the knee.
The more I learn about how the body is built, how everything connects and works together, the better equipped I am to prescribe the right exercise in the correct way for my clients. Hopefully keeping them pain free and training as effectively as possible.

A full day of study. A full day in the classroom. Then a full day putting it all into practice in the gym. Even managed to squeeze in a run and a workout too
