Angie… you want me to what??? 🤩 Most of my girls look at most of this stuff as ‘impossible’.. “no chance, not happening” eh it’s happening, chop chop let’s go! 👏🏽👏🏽🤣 We all started with zero pole skills, the secret to mastering these moves is pure dirrty graft! If you put in the work, anything is possible.. I’m now having to remind these queens that, 1 you weren’t born with these skills or strength, 2 none of it is easy & 3 if you don’t wanna work for it you’re right, you probably won’t achieve it.. The sense of achievement when you’ve struggled with a move (some nights fighting for yer life 🤣) for it one day to become ’easy’ and almost second nature is well worth the hard work and effort..
