Best of luck to our Liam crrangle as he takes on mtb__scotland 's ISKA Scottish open this weekend, and is the 1st person to represent the gym in competition. I think I speak for everyone when I say we are all looking forward to seeing him in action after all the hard work he has put in over the last few months, good luck Liam!

Just as a reminder that this evenings ladies class is off as is tomorrow mornings class as a result, have a good weekend everyone!

A big goodbye and good luck to Sam who's heading back to America after training with us whilst staying in Scotland. Sam was one of the first guys to start training with us when we opened and has been a great team member in the time he's been here. Good luck mate, hopefully we will have you in for training again in the future!

Well done to the guys who took part in OB'S Muay Thai Gym interclub today, a good day out and some great rounds in the bag. A big thank you to the guys at OB's for having us over!
