This week brought everything from dramatic downpours to beautiful blue skies, and each trip has been a lovely way to close out the summer holidays.

What a fantastic week on the water — from peaceful sunrise paddles with kingfishers darting along the banks, to slow, easy morning trips and those calming sunset unwinds that make you forget you’re still in the middle of summer.

We’ve got one more week of the summer holidays and the sunshine is still holding beautifully.

What a beautiful start to the summer it’s been.
From peaceful sunrise paddles in Burghfield, to golden‑hour evenings in Theale, and now gliding along the River Thames at Pangbourne — every session has felt like a little pocket of calm on the water.

We’ve loved seeing so many of you out enjoying the sunshine, the wildlife, and the slow, easy rhythm of the river. And the best part? We’re only just getting started.

We’ve still got plenty of spaces left on our upcoming sessions throughout August, so come and join us.

What an incredible paddleboard trip out from Pangbourne today.
The river was calm, the sunshine was perfect, and the wildlife absolutely delivered — kingfishers flashing past in electric blue and herons gliding overhead like they owned the place.

Turns out chocolate chip cookies taste about ten times better when you’re floating on a paddleboard with the river shimmering around you.
