What a club ride last Saturday! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Last Saturday’s 4 Abbeys route gave us sunshine, barely a breath of wind, and plenty of laughs — the perfect combination for a great day in the saddle. It was a chance for some of us to explore a new route, with a tasty lunch to round things off.

At today’s CTT Scottish Road Bike Time Trial Championship, our PCC ladies absolutely smashed it, taking 1st 🥇Madeline Bell, and 3rd 🥉Judyta Kajstura and first V40 Madeline Bell, and well done to club member Zofia Lisowski for 2nd place🥈 representing Hervelo.💪👏

Great News for PCC Trail Collective!
🚵‍♀️🚵‍♂️

We’re delighted to share that Peebles Cycling Club has secured further funding from Scottish Borders Council to support the continued growth and development of our youth section, Trail Collective.

This funding will help us:

🌟 Expand our team of ride leaders and welcome more young riders

🌟 Develop dedicated girls’ MTB sessions to encourage more girls into mountain biking

🌟 Support volunteers and ride leaders with further coaching qualifications

🌟 Help young people build healthy, active habits and develop confidence in active travel by bike

🌟 Promote Trail Collective through new photography and club merchandise

It’s an exciting next step for PCC Trail Collective and will help us create even more opportunities for young people to ride, develop and belong.

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers, ride leaders, coaches,
and our members, everyone who supports our young riders.

And thank you to Scottish Borders Council for their continued support. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings! 🚵‍♀️
