Well Clubbers, I’m finding it hard to put into words how grateful I am to you all. It has been an absolute blast. I fell in love with this crazy way of exercising (who knew??!! 😳😆) and I met the most amazing friends along the way. You guys truly are incredible - warm, fun, a little bit mental 😜, I could never have dreamed for anything more. ❤️❤️❤️

I’m back! 👊🏻😃And ready to shake it for all I’m worth for this 6 week term up till the madness of Christmas! 🎄 I know that as things get a bit dark and frosty it can be hard to find our motivation, but the very best cure for this lethargy that we tend to feel in winter is a damn good boogie to release the endorphins! 💃🏻 So, do yourself a favour and book yourself on for the rest of the term - the best way to avoid excuses as the festive madness begins!
