🏆 MEET OUR 2026 CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS! 🏆

We’re delighted to showcase our Peeblesshire Agricultural Show 2026 Champion of Champions, chosen by judge, Gordon Gray— Connie Wishart and Givoly Z (Olive). 🐴✨

The Champion of Champions was proudly sponsored by Galbraiths.

Connie had already collected the Light horse championship sponsored by Adam Purves Mitsubishi & Isuzu, and the stonepak working hubter championship. We are very grateful for the continued support of all our sponsors.

Connie tells us a little about their story:

“Givoly Z (Olive) was bought by Bella Innes-Ker as a four-year-old, who produced and evented her up to Novice level. Following an injury, Olive had a couple of years off, and I’m very grateful to have been given the opportunity to take her on.

Having previously evented to Intermediate level myself, I’ve also had a quieter few years while studying and starting my own equine physiotherapy business, so it’s been lovely to get back into competing with Olive.

She is an incredibly talented mare and, from just the two shows we have attended together, has already shown a real aptitude for Working Hunter classes. We hope to do more of these, with the possibility of getting back out eventing next year too. Most importantly, she is a joy to ride and have around.

This was my first time attending Peebles Show and I’ll definitely be back. It was such a friendly, welcoming and well-organised show. A huge thank you to all the organisers and helpers who worked so hard behind the scenes.”

❤️ We love hearing the stories behind our champions, and it’s particularly lovely that Connie’s first visit to Peebles resulted in such a memorable day!

Yarrow Show is happening! 🤩 We are aware of the devastating current restrictions in place for our neighbouring shows and appreciate difficult decisions have had to be made but we are remaining positive and planning our show as normal at this time, sheep and all 🐑🐴🐮🐕. We will of course remain vigilant following any developments as they may occur .
