Here are the minutes from last nights AGM held at the Black Rabbit.

KEY POINTS:

# New league format. 4 players needed. 8 singles (4 & 4) best of 3 501. 2 doubles best of 3 501. 4-man 701 single leg. (CAPTAINS CAN DECIDE TO PLAY 1 LEG IN THE DOUBLES. THIS IS FOR DIVISION 2 ONLY)

# The league begins on the 2nd October 2026

# Teams have until midnight Friday 11th September to register a team. This can be done in person at the Cricket Club on Friday 11th between 6pm and 8.30pm. online by sending me your captains name and number vice captains name and number and a contact name and number for the venue along with the names of your players. fees can be paid at the Cricket Club via bank transfer or at the next meeting which will be scheduled for the end of October.

# Rule 11.a no longer exists.

# Remember only 4 players are needed to form a team this year

The AGM will take place on Monday 7th September at 8pm at the Black Rabbit in Pembroke.

All members and non members are welcome to attend.
(Only current members may vote)

If you intend to enter a team, are looking to join a team or just want to have a nose then come along.

THE MINUTES FROM MONDAY NIGHTS PRE-AGM WHERE PROPOSALS WHERE PUT FORWARD DISCUSSED AND MODIFIED IF NEEDED THESE ARE NOW FINAL.

THE AGM WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE BLACK RABBIT ON THE 7TH SEPTEMBER AT 8PM.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME ALONG WITH NEW AND OLD PLAYERS,

ANY NEW TEAMS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN AT THE AGM ALSO.

PROPOSALS FOR THE AGM THESE CAN BE DISCUSSED TONIGHT AT THE PRE-AGM

A quick reminder that the Pembroke and district darts league pre agm is tomorrow (Monday 10th August)

Proposals for the AGM must be submitted by 12pm on Monday 10th August to be heard at the AGM

Here are the details for the up-coming PRE-AGM

*All proposals to be submitted to the secretary before midday on the 10th of August

*Everyone is welcome to attend however only current league members can submit proposals and vote at the agm
