Focus.

Time to focus on myself for a little while. For those of you who know me know that choosing a different path has been very hard and to step away from instructing and teaching which is all I’ve done and known since I left school is very scary but the fact that I don’t know what I’m going to do is even scarier. But I’m 20, so I’m going to tell myself not to worry about that and try to enjoy.

So this is a massive thank you to those who have supported, helped and challenged me.

About 6 month ago I thought January was going to be the month I was looking forward to pushing my business and growing but instead I’m doing the opposite and that’s okay.

So for those who are looking to join me for my last month in the studio I will be running;
Boxercise/ BoxBlast - Wednesday’s @ 6pm
Zumba - Mondays @ 6pm (starting 13th Jan)
EMS TRAINING - Saturdays @ 9:30am

Just a little heads up that I will be posting classes up for January ASAP. These will either be done as pay as you go or a block booking upfront payment.

I will also still be doing 1:1 and 2:1 sessions, drop me a message for booking.

After January I will be taking a step back from instructing classes and will be focusing on myself for a little while. As for 1:1 and 2:1 these will continue on an agreed basis.

This has been a rollercoaster and an amazing experience, but I will no longer be open for regular classes and business.

This has been a hard decision but at the moment it’s the right one.

Keep following as there will be pop up classes, PT slots and online coaching availability.

JANUARY- coming into the new year I will still be doing some classes on a reduced timetable, PT’s and online coaching. So if you are interested get in touch.
For these classes I will be doing a block booking deal and pay as you go.

Tonight at 6:30 there is a session on at EMS which is a fun Christmas combination. Anyone welcome.
Afterwards at 7:30 we are going for some dinner at Seven Spice. All welcome, drop me a message if you would like to come and I haven’t already got your name.
