Our Pembroke RFC 1st XV has been named for Saturday’s away fixture against Pembroke Dock Quins.

A special afternoon ahead with two senior debuts for Rio Stratford and Bowyn Clark, both of whom have come through the full Pembroke RFC pathway. 👏🏉

A fantastic achievement for the boys and a proud moment for everyone involved in their development.

🏉 Pembroke RFC – A New Chapter for Our Club Function Room ❤️🖤

Pembroke RFC would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund for the generous funding that has made the complete refurbishment of our club function room possible.

✨ The newly renovated space was officially opened by Mrs Barbara Evans, a much-loved and regular attendee of our weekly coffee mornings.

The opening coincided with a fantastic Community Wellbeing Event, bringing local organisations and members of our community together.

A huge thank you also goes to our event partners and sponsors:

Pembroke RFC U12s are looking for new players to join the team for the 2026/27 season 🙌

Whether you've played rugby before, haven't played since minis, or have never picked up a rugby ball in your life, we'd love you to come along and give it a go.

Our U12s are a brilliant bunch of boys, but we really need a few more players to strengthen the squad this season. ❤️

There’s absolutely no pressure to commit. Come to a FREE training session, meet the boys, get involved and see what you think!

Pembroke RFC U15s are looking for new players to join the team for the 2026/27 season, and no previous rugby experience is needed! 🙌

Whether they’ve played before, fancy trying a new sport, want to get fitter, or simply want to be part of a team, they’ll be made to feel welcome.
