🧘‍♀️ NEW MONDAY YOGA CLASSES AT PENCAITLAND BOWLING CLUB 🧘‍♀️

Fancy starting your Monday with some movement, relaxation and a friendly blether?

We’re delighted to welcome local yoga teacher Janet Baxter to Pencaitland Bowling Club, where she has recently started two new Monday classes. Janet lives in Pencaitland and has been teaching yoga for 15 years, bringing her warm and friendly approach to both classes.

🌿 Gentle Movement & Sound Bath Relaxation | Monday 10 - 11.15am
A lovely way to start your week, with gentle yoga movements followed by a sound bath to help you relax, unwind and bring a little more calm into your life.

All levels are welcome and supported. You don't need any previous yoga experience or to be able to touch your toes.

🪑 Chair Yoga | Monday 2 - 3pm

A gentle practice using a chair for support, making it ideal for people with limited mobility, balance issues or anyone who simply feels more comfortable with extra stability.

The class helps you move, breathe and feel good, with modified yoga movements to support flexibility, strength and relaxation.

And afterwards, there's tea, coffee, biscuits and a blether ☕🍪

Chair yoga can help with posture, balance, breathing, flexibility, physical tension and relaxation. It's also a lovely opportunity to meet other people and have a bit of fun.

Both classes are friendly, welcoming and suitable for all levels. If you've been thinking about trying yoga, pop along and give it a wee go.
