COASTAL PICKBALL Coach Mark Sindall and his pickleballers 🏓 met our Coaches at Penmaenmawr Bowling Club today!
A GREAT FUN AFTERNOON had by all, followed by a cream tea!
Massive thanks to Keith, Benny, Brady and Martin for giving up their sunday afternoon to introduce the Pickleballers to a touch of bowls 😁 some potential bowlers in the mix!
WATCH THIS SPACE👀... can't wait to see our lads on the Pickleball court... in the near future .. 😉🏓😁

A GREAT EVENING although totally SLASHED by our A TEAM 💪 as the score board showed in more ways than one.. and as to be expected...😆
But to have had the experience to have played against our A team in a cup match was great😁.
Lessons learnt...on a very tricky and challenging green...well definitely for us the B team!
Our talented A Team showed us what they can do without much effort at all💪👏👌
A BIG thanks to our friendly hosts Gwerydd and Gary Buckland at for putting on a fantastic spread for us all☺️.
No bets were put on us by Gwerydd ...as you will hear😅 Garys ending comment I had to cut out...as he said something about his 'rear' end..🙈he couldn't sit on the fence that long... 😆

What a GREAT SURPRISE for the A team ...🤩 a STAR visit from the one and only RP Williams 💫 🤩 brought plenty of smiles 😁 8-4 WIN against St Asaph ...💪👍...but then...
there began another match with the hose pipe 😆😅🙈

UPDATES from BENNY ..Wednesday and Thursday games...
"PEN A away to a very good Min Y Don team. There were some excellent games and alot of the games could have gone either way. Carl Griffiths and Paul Morris played well both winning 21-8 and a 21-12 win from Wyn Williams. Keith had a good 21-10 win for Pen, some excellent bowling from both teams but Min Y Don winning all the close games with the exception of Simon Jones winning 21-19. So Pen lost 10-2 but could have been alot different.. well done to Min Y Don great banter as always 👏
AND TONIGHT..."Quarter finals against local rivals Dwgyi..the match was played in good spirit with the away team winning 4 nil away and the home team winning 3-1 with the Captains playing each other and Dave Edwards coming out on top winning 21-19 for Dwygi. The B team also played losing 4 nil away and winning 4 nil at home and having the better aggregate so we meet in the semi final which is great for the club👍 Penmaenmawr Bowling Club
