Our new Children’s Jiu Jitsu class starts on Thursdays at 5pm at Penrith Leisure Centre.

No experience needed.
No pressure to be the “sporty kid.”
Just a safe, structured class where children learn focus, resilience, movement, and self-belief through real training.

To all that follow this page. North Lakes BJJ will no longer be based at North Lakes Combat Academy and will be moving to Penrith Leisure Centre, starting on 8th Feb, with new class times of 6pm-7:30pm, Monday and Thursday.

NLCA have been fantastic and I highly recommend that if you are interested in kickboxing and fitness you should look them up. However, times move on, and we will now come under the Can Do Martial Arts banner. Can Do have classes based in Abingdon, Cockermouth, Penrith and will also have classes in Keswick shortly. I personally am looking forward to this new chapter in my BJJ journey.
