If I could only choose one crystal, it would probably be Clear Quartz.

I've worked with it for years and I still find myself reaching for it time and time again. It's such a versatile crystal. I use it in healing sessions, meditation, crystal grids and around my home. It also works beautifully alongside other crystals, gently amplifying their energy.

People often call it the Master Healer, but for me it's much more than that. I see it as a crystal that brings clarity. When life feels busy or your thoughts are all over the place, Clear Quartz has a wonderful way of helping you reconnect with yourself.

It's one of the crystals I recommend most often because it's suitable whether you're completely new to crystals or have been working with them for years. Sometimes the simplest crystals become the ones we treasure the most.
