The lads were unlucky today the score doesn’t reflect the game greystoke suffered a couple off injuries and had to change goalkeepers but we go again mid week

A dominant display by the reserves in a hard fought local derby against Eden Valley Res, the score line certainly doesn’t reflect the dominance.
The lads started positively playing some good football and the opening goal was scored when S Sinkinson unleashed a rocket into the top corner (looked like a cross to many 😂) a quick drinks break and the second goal followed when Fozzy cut back inside onto his right foot from 20 yards and curled a beauty passed the EV keeper.
We should have scored so many more but chances were squandered and the woodwork was hit at least 3 times, EV got one back with a penalty after a classic Jay N challenge but the lads held on for win having played the last 15 mins with 10 men after a controversial red card for Dan McPhillips.
First win of the season for the Ressies, onto the next one away to Millhead Res on Saturday.

Tonight the ressies take a trip to Frenchfield to take on Eden valley reserves
