We had the pleasure of some of the SO8 Muay Thai Gym team coming over and training with us this morning! Which was awesome.

Some great rounds had by all. 🥊🔥

It was also great watching everyone help each other and share their knowledge with one another.

🚨 Missing Glove Alert 🚨

Hey team, Albie is missing a brand new Sandee glove.

He was training last Tuesday with both gloves, but now he only has one. It's very likely someone picked it up by accident and packed it into their kit bag at the end of the session.

Could everyone please double-check your kit bags? The picture attached shows the exact style and colour of the glove that was lost.

If you find it, please drop it off at the front desk.

Let's help him get it back! 🥊

Look at how far Bird has come!
🤩Normally, we don’t take children until they are 6 years old. But even before her 3rd birthday, Bird was already so focused and great at following instructions that we just couldn't turn her away!

She turns 6 this January and now partners up with her Dad in our Tuesday bag classes. This video starts with her amazing training today—even practicing during family days out at soft play—and ends with a look back at where it all began when she first started with us.

Bird is an absolute breath of fresh air in the gym, and we are incredibly proud of her journey! 🥊✨
