Putting the hard work in on a Sunday 💪💪

Shout out to this champion. Oscar had been with Freedom Fitness for a month to help build into his swimming. Oscars hard work and dedication to his craft has paid off big time.

This is not a “let’s all give Oscar round of applause” post, this is me telling you all to take notice of the name Oscar Reilly because he is going to go on to achieve massive things in the swimming world.

LONDON AND GOALS:

I’m going to be honest, This was the first Hyrox I have ever enjoyed.

The first year in Glasgow I was racked with nerves (for absolutely no reason).

Second year in Glasgow I injured my knee in training I went out too hard on the first couple of runs gassed out completely and I couldn’t even do any of the lunges.

This Hyrox we put time to the side and set the goal of mhairi completing a Hyrox without stopping to walk which she did and secretly I really wanted to do some lunges and I did.

So all in all London was a huge success we didn’t set any world records but we achieved our goals. Also I loved completing a Hyrox with Mhairi.

Well done to who won the compitition and went home with £50.

What a great way to kick off the 12 week HYROX group training program.
