Jeanfield Hostpur VS Crieff 2017’s

Rusty, sleepy start against a wide awake Crieff.
Down at the first 15 minute increment.

With a wake up call from the Coaches, Hotspur put the foot down and with a goal from Brodie, they fell back into it.
Few of the Hotspur boys on the score sheet today, which gave them all a lift and a solid stint from the boys in defence.
Camden, our goal keeper, kept the boys driving and kept us in the game.

Better team performance from the Hotspur side.

POTM 🏆: Camden
Camden made some incredibly brave calls, kept the game in reach and played with heart.

Captain for next week: Owen
Owen’s positivity and drive never faltered. His efforts and continual growth hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Thursday 3rd September

Jeanfield Hotspur vs Scone Thistle Blacks

A tough game for the Hotspur boys.

Hotspur were in the driving seat for the first 10 and were rewarded for their efforts with a Goal for Brodie.

A well drilled and experienced Scone came back and despite another goal from James, it just wasn’t enough.

Always a pleasure to play against a very well drilled and fair playing Scone.

POTM 🏆: Joe.
Joe is always sturdy in defence. A strong relentless effort from Joe. Kept his chin up and kept pushing, regardless

📍Jeanfield
🏆 POTM - team effort

United are on an undefeated run including final game of last season.

This team have really vamped up the efforts. Breaks are off and hunger game strong.

Brilliant effort from the boys today. Shots fired everywhere. In the net, post, cross bar and just wide. Goals scored across both teams and enthusiasm high.

Brilliant spell from United

Jeanfield Hotspur Vs Scone Reds
📍 Jeanfield
🏆 POTM - Harrison

A game of two halves
Jeanfield came out strong. Camden commanding his box, making some brave calls and keeping a clean sheet.
Hotspur displayed some fabulous team work. A curling screamer from Harrison and the boys across the park were speechless!

Scone came back with a vengeance and commanded the second half.

All the boys played very well.
Lewis again, making a menace of himself everywhere.

First Sunday back to it for Jeanfield’s 2017’s & they done fabulous

Jeanfield Hotspur played at home to Faircity Reds

Bit of a rusty start for Hotspur after a 6 week summer break.
Boys came into a stride after first 10 minutes and played some lovely football.
Every player on that team gave 100% effort against a well grouped Faircity Reds

POTM - Joe. Joe was outstanding in defence. Master of his art.

Jeanfield United played at home to Faircity Saints

Again, a little rusty after the 6 week break, but after a little wake up. They pulled their socks up and it paid off.
The boys put in some fantastic teamwork and some great individual performances. These boys are really coming on and it’s glorious to see.

POTM - Ethan. Ethan really let his efforts do the talking.

Bertha Park Super 5’s 21/09

Team A. Tougher week for the guys this week. These moments happen. We will not take it into next week.
Some lovely individual moments. One of our boys dipping his toes in team A this week and took it all in his stride.

The players decided no POTM this Sunday and bigger efforts next week.

Team B

The boys came with smiles and left with smiles 🫶🏼.
They really pulled it out the bag this morning and were rewarded for their efforts.
Few individual performances really standing out again this morning and consistency really shinning through.

POTM - Jacob 🏆
Jacob is solid at the back. Took a stint on the wing and bagged a couple of well deserved goals. Never stopped working hard.
